Lotus Changes Its Logo For The First Time In 29 Years

With Lotus going through a major revamp period in its life, the famous ACBC logo (the founder Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman’s initials) has been updated to reflect Lotus’s pursuit of the future.

Until now, the logo has been virtually untouched since 1989  besides a few tweaks in the 3D-like effect, and silver-accented boarder.

The new logo, which will also appear on the Evija electric hypercar, removes the 3D-effect and silver-accent for a simpler flat yellow circle beneath a British Racing Green design. The ‘Lotus’ text has also been revised from serif font to sans serif (keeping in line with the original 1948 design), and is now straightened.
